Shipping Policy

We ship both within the USA and Europe. We use USPS to ship your orders. We are not responsible for delays from any of the shipping carriers. We ship within 1-7 business days or less depending on the location; although some orders may take longer. Orders placed on Friday, weekends or national holidays are usually shipped on Monday or the following business day.

Back Orders:
Due to order volume availability on certain items may vary. Although we have an extensive inventory, from time to time backorders may occur. We reserve the right to hold orders which are on back order for a period up to 60 days while using our best efforts to fulfill the order. In the event that we do not receive the back ordered item(s) within the 60 day period, we may cancel the back order. Unless we receive a written cancellation request from the customer, we will then ship out the order with what we have on hand per customer’s request. We do NOT do separate shipments.

Risk Of Loss:
Buyer assumes all risk of loss for such items upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Required Delivery Signature Waiver:
Unless a customer requests a signature delivery, your merchandise will be shipped to the specified address and will not require a signature. Customer waives signature delivery and takes full responsibility for any loss for a said delivered product if delivered and left without an authorized signature.

By visiting Herbalworldllc.com you agree that the laws of the United States, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Herbalworldllc.com

Disputes:
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Herbalworldllc.com or to products or services sold or distributed by Herbalworldllc.com or through Herbalworldllc.com in which the aggregate total claim for relief sought on behalf of one or more parties exceeds $5,000 shall be adjudicated in any state or federal court in California and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. In the event a dispute is referred to litigation, you agree to pay any and all legal fees and costs if you are unsuccessful in defending your claim.
